    • 50-300 Transactions per month

  • Growth: $700 – $1,200 / month

    • 3-5 Bank accounts/Credit Cards

    • 300-600 Transactions per month

  • Full-Service: $2,000+ / month

    • 5+ Bank accounts/Credit Cards

    • 600+ Transactions per month

Setup: Starting at $350 depending on the number of employees (one-time set up in QBO or Gusto)


Ongoing Support: Starting at $100 / month (varies by payroll size and frequency)

Training & DIY Support

If you want to manage your own books but don’t want to guess your way through it, these training sessions are for you. I’ll walk you through QuickBooks, best practices, and common pitfalls—so you can confidently handle your bookkeeping yourself.

1-1 Owner Training Sessions:

$150 / hour

3 - 1hr session package: $399
